The Registration Fees

Note:  

Ø All speakers do not have to pay Registration Fee. It will be covered by the Local Organizing Committee.

Ø Registration costs will cover entry to the conference venue, conference materials, daily lunch and tea/coffee, a welcome reception, and conference banquet. The registration fee for the accompanying person includes daily lunch and tea/coffee and a welcome reception, and conference banquet.

Ø Each attendee, must register separately. Every participant needs to transfer registration fees separately.

Ø Tianjin Jinhe Conference Service Limited Company was entrusted to charge registration fees and sponsorship fees, and to issue invoices or receipts.（本次会议委托天津市锦禾会议服务有限公司代为收取会议费款项，并出具会议费发票。）

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation will be subjected to the following conditions:

Requests before or on June 1, 2024: Full refund of the registration fee (Handling fee charged by the bank will be paid by the participant).

Requests after June 1, 2024: Refund is not possible.
